Use this form to withdraw from your purchase of the Security Answer Kit. You do not have to give a reason.

What happens next

When you press "Confirm withdrawal", your email program opens with your withdrawal notice, addressed to support.toolkits.desk@gmail.com. Send that email to complete your withdrawal. This site is a static website and cannot send email itself. You can also download a copy of your notice for your records.

We confirm receipt by email without delay, with the content of your notice and the date and time we received it. We refund the full amount through PayPal within 14 days of receiving your notice.

If your right of withdrawal has already ended (see Withdrawal and refunds), we treat your notice as a request under our voluntary refund, which applies for 14 days after payment.
