Terms of sale
Last updated: 2026-10-10 (draft)
1. Who we are
These terms apply to purchases of Security Answer Kit from the seller named in the imprint ("we"). The kit is sold mainly to businesses and professionals.
2. What you buy
A one-time licence to use the Security Answer Kit in your business: a browser-based answer library, policy templates, email scripts and a gap plan, generated from information you enter. The kit is delivered digitally, right after payment, in the browser you pay with.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown on the site in euros. No VAT is charged (small business under Section 19 UStG). Payment is handled by PayPal. We never see your card details. For an invoice with your company details, enter your company name at checkout or email us after purchase.
4. Licence
- You may use, edit and send the generated answers, policies and emails for your own business and to your own clients.
- You may not resell, republish or share the kit itself (the template library and tool) as a product.
5. Your responsibility
The kit helps you describe your security practices. You are responsible for checking that every answer and policy you send matches what your business actually does. The kit is not a certification, an audit or legal advice, and it does not guarantee that a client accepts your answers.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Because the kit is digital content delivered at once, you are asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery and to confirm that you lose this right once delivery starts. Our voluntary refund policy still applies: see refunds.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the kit is limited to the price you paid. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost deals or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Support and changes
Contact us via the email in the imprint. We may improve the kit over time. Buyers keep access to the version they bought.
9. Law and disputes
German law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Germany, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
