Voluntary 14-day refund

If the kit does not help you, email us within 14 days of purchase with your PayPal order ID and one sentence on why. We refund the full price through PayPal within 5 working days. You do not need to return anything, and we ask that you stop using the kit.

Consumers

For EU consumers, this voluntary refund is in addition to your statutory rights. See section 6 of the terms about the right of withdrawal for digital content.

Problems with access

If you paid but cannot open the kit, email us with your order ID. We restore access or refund you.
